ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The MMCAA Board is composed of 15 members or trustees.  They are elected through a plurality of vote during elections conducted during the Annual Homecoming Day.  Each member or trustee serves a term of two (2) years, and may serve two (2) consecutive terms but should take a hiatus of one (1) year before then could run for another terms

These are the Board Officers:

    • Chairperson
    • Vic-Chairperson
    • President
    • Vice President for Special Projects
    • Vice President for Membership and Area Organization
    • Corporate Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • P.R.O.

Each of these officers head different committees:

  1. Search Committee – headed by the Chairperson
  1. Executive Committee – headed by the President
  1. Special Projects – led by the VP for Special Projects
  2. Membership and Area Organization – led by the VP for Membership
  3. Corporate Affairs – led by the Corporate Secretary
  4. Public Affairs and External Affairs Committee – led by the P.R.O.
  5. Triple A – headed by the Chairperson
     

SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE MMCAA 

The MMCAA fully appreciate and encourage donations, and can issue appropriate official receipts for financial transactions

The Alumni Office services inquiries about school services, requests for information about fellow batchmates, as well as disseminates news about the school.  

The Alumni office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  1. LIBRARY FACILITIES

By presenting your alumni card, you may use the school libraries for research purposes at no charge. All materials are for room use only. Check out the Miriam College Library and its related sites online through http://www.mc.edu.ph/library/

         SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES 

1.      Way of the Cross

Maryknoll High School Batch 1968 donated 14 crosses depicting the Way of the Cross, positioned all over the campus.  Alumni Groups can avail of The Way of the Cross rites during the Lenten Season.  Call the Alumni Office for the available schedules.

2.      Recollections/Retreats

The Christian Ministry and Formation Office can assist batches or classes in organizing and scheduling recollections and retreats.  For more information, please contact the Christian Ministry and Formation Office at 580 5400 to 20 extension 1170.
